As an avid adventurer and luxury travel blogger, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Parvis Bed & Breakfast in Chartres, France. Nestled next to the iconic Chartres Cathedral, the location of this charming hotel is simply unbeatable. The proximity to the cathedral allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the city, especially during the music festival and other events happening during our stay.The owner's excellent command of English and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome. He even graciously stored our bikes securely overnight, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. The attic room we stayed in, themed as Anges, was tastefully decorated and offered breathtaking views of the surroundings. The complimentary welcome drink added a nice touch to our arrival experience. The free car parking pass for the nearby underground car park was a convenient perk, ensuring hassle-free parking arrangements.Despite the quaint and cozy ambience of the hotel, some modern amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi in rooms, and a flat-screen TV were provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. The small but efficient bathroom and the charming sitting area added to the overall appeal of the room. For travelers seeking a blend of affordability and an authentic French experience, Le Parvis is an excellent choice.
